The teen years can be a challenging time for both teens and parents. Adolescents are dealing with many changes and stressors that can affect their mood, behavior, and relationships.

I focus on tools and skills to help teens navigate the stressors of adolescence. I work with teens on issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, peer relationships, family conflict, and academic stress.

I use evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help teens develop coping skills and improve their emotional regulation.

I also work closely with parents to help them understand their teen’s struggles and to develop strategies to support their teen at home.

I believe that teens are capable of making positive changes in their lives with the right support and guidance. I am committed to helping teens reach their full potential.
