I am an out-of-network provider. This means that I do not directly bill insurance companies. However, many insurance plans provide out-of-network benefits that may cover a portion of the cost of therapy.

I will provide you with a monthly statement (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I recommend that you contact your insurance company prior to our first appointment to find out about your out-of-network benefits.

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

I offer a sliding scale fee for those who demonstrate financial need. Please contact me to discuss this option.
